Lodge Events

Our Main Lodge offers several beautiful gathering spaces for everything from executive meetings and rehearsal dinners to holiday parties, corporate events, and receptions. Riverbend provides in-house catering and licensed bar service, allowing you to relax while our team takes care of every detail.
For Larger Gatherings
Hosting a larger celebration, corporate event, wedding, or multi-day retreat? Riverbend offers Main Lodge Buyouts as well as Exclusive Property Buyouts, providing private access to our event spaces, lodging, and amenities. Our team will help you determine the option that best fits your guest count, event style, and overall vision.
For Smaller Gatherings
Not every event requires a large venue. For more intimate gatherings, we offer private meeting and dining spaces within the Main Lodge.
Kingsmill Dining Room – Ideal for executive meetings, private dinners, showers, and gatherings of up to 15 guests.
Inverness Dining Hall – Perfect for luncheons, business meetings, celebrations, and private events of up to 35 guests.
These spaces offer the same elevated Riverbend experience in a more intimate setting and are ideal for groups that don't require exclusive use of the entire lodge.
For slightly larger groups, we'll recommend the event space—or combination of spaces—that best fits your guest count and event needs.
The Great Hall
Ideal for guests who would like the flexibility to provide their own catering and beverages.
The Great Hall is the original Riverbend lodge, offering a warm and historic setting for intimate gatherings, celebrations, and overnight stays. Featuring a full residential kitchen and one-and-a-half bathrooms, this versatile space can be reserved as a private event venue or enjoyed as a standalone overnight cabin, making it an ideal choice for both gatherings and relaxing getaways.
